Valve with flow-control banjo screw:
Direct-acting 3/2-way solenoid valve used in pumping systems for artificial snowmaking. Port 2 features a flow control banjo screw, available in either G 1/8″ or G 1/4″.
Valve block with integrated pressure switch:
This valve block is designed for professional laundry presses and combines two virtually leakproof interconnected valves with a pressure switch in a single, compact unit. Clamp mounts enable quick installation in seconds, while push-in cartridges remove the need for screw fittings.
Valve block for low-pressure and vacuum use:
Low-pressure and vacuum-capable direct-acting solenoid valves configured as multi-valve systems. These valve blocks are used in devices featuring 16 valves within a single block.
Ready-to-install valve assembly with 2 x 2/2-way valves:
This pre-assembled valve module is designed for disinfectors and uses direct-acting 2/2-way valves. It controls both the opening and closing of doors, as well as the inflation of door seals. By ordering this ready-to-install assembly, customers benefit from simplified integration and a more efficient assembly process.
Redundant valve block:
These redundant 5/2-way valves, commonly used for press control, feature electronic position monitoring for enhanced safety. Both valves must be activated to open the air passage, and in the event of a failure in one valve, the system automatically exhausts. Inductive sensors ensure continuous monitoring of valve positions.
Bistable valve with plunger and air operation:
This bistable pneumatic valve is used to actuate collets on a rotary indexer in can body production. It can be operated pneumatically via two pilot ports on the top or mechanically from one side using a stem. The valve is built with precise height tolerances, and the pilot ports are controlled by a rotary switching mechanism that delivers an air pulse during rotation.
Valve with customised interface:
This valve is designed with a tailored flange interface to suit actuators that do not use standardised fittings or where a more compact solution is preferred over NAMUR or ISO sizes. We have supplied these valves for many years to a leading manufacturer of coaxial valves, and they are now set to be used in European space rocket applications.
Double 3/2-way manually operated valve with safety button:
This valve is designed for vacuum lifting devices and features two separate pressure connections with a common exhaust. It is manually operated by pulling and pushing the actuator. To prevent accidental operation, a safety mechanism is built in—the white button must be pressed before the black actuator can be pulled.
